1>Terms of Service:

6> Use proper Title, Meta Keywords, Meta Description and other tags. Make sure all your HTML Codes properly closed.

7> Avoid using showy backgrounds or unprofessional color contrasts in your website.

8> You need to have at-least 15-20 pages in your website which has quality content.

9> Before you submit your site for approval – try to get your site some traffic by posting at some forums with your website’s link in the signature.
