Windows Phone is getting as most recent and popular mobile operating system out in the market. With the launch of some handful of devices like Nokia Lumia 800 its getting more attention day by day. The Windows Phone marketplace does have only a handful of apps at present. Also Microsoft is expending its marketplace in number of ways through different incentives.

Where should you start ? : Are you a programmer ? Good, and if not then its not a big deal to learn to basic coding.
Basic requirements : A windows PC, Internet connection, Basic programming knowledge (Not a Must) etc.
Getting started : Download and install Windows Phone SDK and Microsoft has provided with detailed learning resources at App Hub Education
What’s next Big Idea ? : Look around you and find some nice idea to work on. Idea are never killer till you code them. So you may start with some basic Idea. Say, Calculator (i’m joking, don’t be serious, i know you have much better ideas)
Start Developing : Now its the time to start coding your app. Code, find bugs, add features, debug, compile and complete.
Its time to publish to WP market : Once you app is ready its time to publish to the market. For this either you can publish to App Hub (It will charge you a basic of $99 for one year subscription ) or sell it on other online store. (We recommend AppHub )
How to earn ? : On the time of submission you can choose either to make it free and earn by putting Ads on it or you can Charge for it. Both ways are nice try but it depends on usefulness of your app.
How much can you earn ? : Once again i would say it depends on your App. Say for example we added a Puzzle game app on the market before 2 months and it has made $7,28 till date.
