The Galaxy S6 on the other hand is much faster than the Note 4 because it is powered by an Exynos 7 octa-core 64-bit chipset, which is the world’s first processor fabricated on the 14nm process, further supported by a Mali GPU and 3GB of RAM. 

The Galaxy Note 4 has 32GB of internal memory, which users can further increase by up to 64GB via a microSD card. The Galaxy S6 on the other hand has multiple non-expandable storage variants including 32GB, 64GB and 128GB. 
 
Software features
The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 recently received its Android Lollipop treatment in India, which was later followed by the Galaxy Note Edge in the country. 

The Samsung Galaxy S6 on the other hand runs the latest Android 5.0 Lollipop version out-of-the-box along with a toned-down version of the TouchWiz UI on top. The Galaxy S6 is much faster than the Note 4 due to a lighter TouchWiz UI.

Camera & Connectivity
The Samsung Galaxy S6 and Note 4, both the devices offer 16MP optically stabilised rear cameras with LED flash. However, the Galaxy S6 offers much better self-portraits via its 5MP front shooter, while the Note 4 only offers a 3.7MP front camera.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 utilises a large 3,220mAh battery, which keeps the large display awake for a long time. The Galaxy S6 on the other hand offers a smaller 2,550mAh battery, but thanks to an Ultra Power Saving Mode, the device offers impressive battery backup. 

On the price front, the Galaxy Note 4 is up for grabs on the online stores for Rs 44,999, the Galaxy S6 on the other hand is expected to be priced around Rs 50,000. Talking about the special features, the Galaxy S6 and Note 4, both the devices come with a fingerprint sensor and a heart rate monitor. Though, the Galaxy S6 supports Samsung Pay, a new way to pay for goods.
